Regular early has been EXTENDED (before July 25, 2022): 90 euros

Regular standard (after July 26, 2022): 120 euros

The registration fees include: a bag with conference material, coffee breaks, opening reception and a copy of the proceedings

The bank transfer must be free of charges for the beneficiary (net of bank charges and commissions). All bank charges or commissions reducing the amount will have to be paid during the registration.

If you need an invoice of your registration, please send an e-mail to jacaconference@unizar.es with the information to be included in it.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Registration will only be confirmed when the Registration Form and the payment have been received in the Congress Secretariat.

When your completed Registration Form and the proof of payment are received by the Congress Secretariat, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you do not receive this message your registration has not been processed. Please contact jacaconference@unizar.es.

INFORMATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICANTS

Ph.D. and advanced undergraduate students are encouraged to participate. They can apply for a scholarship, if they do not have financial support. The application must include a short CV for PhD students, and CV and a certificate with grades of subjects for undergraduate students. The maximum length of the CV should not exceed 2 pages. This information should be sent by e-mail before June 10, 2022,  to jacaconference@unizar.es. All applications will be answered by July 1.

Please, do not send your registration  until you have received information of your grant application.

SCIENTIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS BY PARTICIPANTS

Registered participants can contribute with a short communication or a poster. Participants must have previously registered and submitted their abstract before July 1st.

Prospective mini-symposium organizers must send an email to jacaconference@unizar.es before April 22nd including the title, the name of the organizers and the participants.

A volume of conference proceedings compiling selected papers will be published after a refereeing process by a scientific committee. The papers, which should be no longer than 10 pages, must be sent before February 17, 2023.

STUDENT RESIDENCE: ACCOMMODATION AND LUNCHES

Cheap accommodation is available in the student residence: double or single rooms with shower and WC:

**  Single room: 24.39 euro/night

**  Double room: 36.58 euro/night

Breakfast is included:

This accommodation is booked in the registration form and it will be paid at the residence.

If you need an invoice of your accommodation, please send an e-mail to jacaconference@unizar.es well in advance.

Lunches on Wednesday and Thursday will be served at the student residence (approximately 11 euros per meal). Lunches are not included in the registration fees and have to be paid at the residence. Please, mark the corresponding option in the registration form.

CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will take place on Thursday September 8. It will be held in a restaurant in Jaca and it is NOT included in the registration. The approximate price of the dinner is 45 euros and it will be paid upon arrival at the conference. If you need an invoice, the restaurant will provide it for you.
