REGISTRATION FEES

Regular early (before July 11, 2018): 80 euros

Regular standard (after July 10, 2018): 100 euros

The registration fees include: a bag with conference material, coffee breaks, opening reception and a copy of the proceedings

When your completed Registration Form and the proof of payment are received by the Congress Secretariat, you will receive a written confirmation of your registration by e-mail. If you do not receive this message your registration has not been processed. Please contact jaca2018@unizar.es.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds of payments already made are only possible in exceptional cases. In such a case, please contact the conference organizers jaca2018@unizar.es.

 

INFORMATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICANTS

Ph.D. and advanced undergraduate students are encouraged to participate. They can apply for a scholarship, if they do not have financial support. The application must include a CV (for PhD students), and CV and a certificate with grades of subjects (for undergraduate students), and it should be sent by e-mail before June 10, 2018,  to jaca2018@unizar.es. All applications will be answered by June 30.

Please, do not send your registration  until you have received information of your grant application.

 

SCIENTIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS BY PARTICIPANTS

Registered participants will have the opportunity to present a Short Communication (30 minutes) or a Poster. Participations in one of these modalities will be possible provided that participants have registered and have submitted an abstract before June 30.


ACCOMMODATION

Cheap accommodation is available in the student residence (double or double for single use room with shower and WC). Breakfast is included. Prices per room and person are:

**  Double room : 17 euros

**  Double room used as a single: 27 euros

This accommodation can be booked in the registration form.

LUNCHES

Lunches for Monday to Wednesday will be served in the restaurant of the University (9 euros per meal). Lunches are not included in the registration fees and have to be paid for in advance (mark the corresponding option in the registration form).


CONFERENCE DINNER

The conference dinner will take place on Tuesday September 11. This banquet will be held in a restaurant in Jaca at the cost of 40 euros per person.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Abstracts, which should be no longer than one page, must be written in English and the deadline for the submissions is on June 30. You will receive by e-mail a notification on the acceptance of your abstract. Please use the abstract template file provided: abstractXV_JZP18.tex.

The abstracts must be sent through the Abstract Submission page. Note that you must log in your username and your password in order to submit an abstract. Only one of the registered authors (the Corresponding Author) of the abstract must send it through the Abstract Submission page.

Planned time for a contributed talk is 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion). Standard equipment will be available for each presentation.


PROCEEDINGS

A volume of conference proceedings compiling selected papers will be published after a refereeing process by a scientific committee. The papers, which should be no longer than 10 pages, must be sent before February 15, 2019.
