Accommodation

The Jaca Residence offers only one accommodation package from Sunday evening 18^th to Wednesday morning  21^th. All rooms in the Jaca Residence are double rooms. The total cost per person (accomodation and breakfasts) amounts to :

**  Double room : 47 euros

**  Supplement for double room used as a single: 28 euros

The accommodation booking in the Residence is implicity inclusive of the 3 nights, 18^th, 19^th and 20^th.

Moreover, a banquet is planned for the evening of 20^th for all participants. This banquet will be held in a restaurant in Jaca at the cost of 30 euros per person.

Registration fee

The registration fee is 50 euros before June, 13^th (65 euros after June, 13^th) to which you have to add, if need be, the accomodation in the University Residence, that is to say 47 euros in a double room and 75 euros in a double room used as a single, and 30 euros for the congress dinner.

The payment of the registration fee entitles you to a free copy of the conference proceedings which will be published later.

Sessions

Four sessions will be held dedicated to: Statistics and Probability, Operational research, Porous media and Aero-thermo-dynamics

Submission

Besides the lectures, given by invited speakers, two types of communication are planned :

**  oral communication (presentation of 15 minutes) organized in two parallel sessions

**  communication in the form of posters.

Every proposal to present a communication has to be made before 13^th June 2005 and accompanied by a summary on one sheet only following the LaTeX format: summary.tex

Any communication received after 13^th June will be subjected to the availability of free sessions and could be eventually exhibited as a poster.
